Terms of Service — SurvivorCup

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or playing on SurvivorCup, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Free to play

SurvivorCup is offered free of charge for entertainment only. There is no real-money wagering, prize purse, or paid entry, and no purchase is necessary to participate.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) and able to enter a binding agreement.

4. Fair play

One account per person. No automation, no exploiting bugs, no harassment in pool chat. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. No affiliation

SurvivorCup is independent and not affiliated with FIFA, UEFA, the Premier League, or any club, federation, or broadcaster.

6. As-is service

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We aren't liable for missed picks, downtime, fixture data errors, or pool outcomes.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the update.
