The basics

Join the Contest or a private pool
Hop into the global Main Event or create a private pool with friends using an invite link.
Make 14 picks across the tournament
9 group-stage picks (3 clusters of 3 matchdays) plus 5 knockout picks: R32, R16, QF, SF, Final.
Picks lock at kickoff
All picks are hidden until kickoff — no one can see what others picked until the match begins. Once a round's first match starts, picks are revealed to the whole pool.
Draw shields keep you alive
🛡️ Draws use one of your 3 shields — lose all shields and a draw eliminates you.
No reusing teams
Picks 1–9: can't reuse a team within the same cluster (Groups A–D, E–H, I–L). Picks 10–14: can't reuse any team you've already picked.
Up to 10 entries (Main Event)
Run up to 10 independent entries — each with its own picks, survival status, and leaderboard row.

The Contest uses Linear Cluster Survival. Pool creators can pick a different format when they create their pool.

Contest default

14 picks total. 3 draw shields protect you from draws. Cluster-scoped no-reuse in groups, global no-reuse in knockouts.

Casual-friendly

One pick per logical round (5 picks total). Faster pace, fewer decisions.

Most strategic

One pick per matchday. Pool creators can set draws to eliminate for max tension.

Pool creators can tune their pool before the tournament starts. The Contest uses 3 draw shields by default.

Format: Linear Cluster, Round Survivor, or Classic Matchday
Max entries: 1–10 entries per player

Missed pick rule: Eliminated or random assignment
Lives: 0–3 second chances
Blind picks: Hide picks until lock
